With over 25 years in the industry I still love what I do. It is such a privilege to use touch to help ease pain, reduce tension and stress, to guide the body to a better place for improved health and wellbeing.

My aim is to help my clients to grow in awareness, and equip them with knowledge of their body so they can find answers, positions of ease and more possibilities to move and adapt in today’s demanding world.

Postural Alignment


Sometimes the body needs a little more guidance and help to “unwind” strain patterns that may be causing pain, discomfort and restricted movement.

Working with the feet as the foundation and specific lines of tension with this manual therapy we gradually peel back the layers of adaptations made by your body in response to pain, trauma, time or injury.
