Giving Plenty of Notice

Bernie Landels has a 24 hour cancellation policy in place. This means that if you cannot make your appointment, you need to let her know at least 24 hours beforehand to avoid being charged full price for your session.

If you cancel, no show or change your appointment within 24 hours of your confirmed session, you are responsible for the cost of your session in the form of an invoice (unless there are exceptional circumstances). This is with respect to Bernie’s time and other clients who may have wanted your appointment time. You may send someone else in your place, just let her know! As last minute cancellations have a significant impact on business, a cancellation policy is necessary and we trust you understand the need to do so.

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Up to 45 minutes is allocated between appointments to make sure your needs are met and the proper cleaning and sanitising occurs.

Late Arrivals

Appointments begin and end on time so that the next client is not delayed. Unfortunately, arriving late will constitute a reduced treatment time and will result in customising your treatment to fit the remaining time available. In most cases the full price will still be charged.

Payment & Treatment Charges

All appointments must be paid for on the day or prior to your session. Payment is in the form of cash or bank transfer.

Privacy Policy

As an essential part of the treatment process Bernie Landels collects personal data. The protection of the privacy of patient’s information is taken very seriously by Bernie Landels and ensures that information held is compliant with GDPR and the DPA (2018).

Data will not be shared with any third party (for example, on referral to another healthcare provider) except with the explicit instruction of the client. Data is never shared for third party marketing purposes. You have the right to access the data held on you; to request the rectification of errors; and, to request the erasure of data. An opt out clause is available on all bulk internal correspondence.

Shipping

Bernie Landels provides shipping of Finding Their Feet within New Zealand, Australia, United Kingdom and Europe. Shipping is charged at time of purchase.

Delivery Time: usually 3-5 Working Days

The delivery times provided are estimates only and may vary. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours. Orders received during weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

We don’t accept responsibility for any theft or damage that results from Authority To Leave deliveries, and as such we don’t offer replacements or refunds for loss or damage that occurs as a result.
